All can be preserved as both singular and plural.
When it refers to individuals or belongings it is treated as plural or else it is treated as singular.
1 All are looking for the principal to arrive.

Equipment, advice, work, evidence, equipment, news, data, luggage, baggage, percentage, poetry, knowledge, dirt, dust, traffic, energy, music, breakage, stationery, scenery, confectionery, pottery, bakery, crockery, behaviour are uncountable nouns. So we use a singular verb with them.
(1) The scenery of Himachal was very lovely.
(2) I passed but the percentage of marks was bad.
Headphones , knickers , premises (buildings) , Charities , ruins, compensations , archives , arrears, auspices, congratulations, embers , fireworks, lodgings, outskirts, specifics, proceeds, regards, riches, remains, savings, shambles, backgrounds, tidings, furnishings, earnings, leftovers, troops, tactics, thanks, valuables,forceps, wages, belongings, braces, Scissors, tongs ,pliers, pincers, bellows jeans, pants, pajamas, shorts ,gallows , fangs spectacles, goggles, binoculars , spectacles .
Such nouns are plural and a plural verb is used with them.
- These scissors are for cutting paper.
- Your clothes are muddy.
- Have you seen my spectacles? I want to read the paper.
- The table of matters should not contain any pictures.
- Tear gas was used to disperse the crowd.
- I live on the outskirts of the Town.
Some of these nouns are often used with the look a pair of, as they denote to properties made up of two parts:
- a pair of trousers
- a pair of jeans
- a pair of shoes
- a pair of slippers
- a pair of glasses
- a pair of gloves
- a pair of earrings
Note: With a pair of ……. A singular verb will always be used in the Sentence.

These nouns seem as singular but are plural and a plural verb is used with These.
Cattle, cavalry, infantry, poultry, peasantry, children, gentry, police, public, etc.
These noun are used in singular method only and they are uncountable arrangement only.
Scenery, Poetry, Furniture, Advice, Data, Hair, Business, Mischief, Bread, Stationery, Crockery,
Luggage, Baggage, Postage, Knowledge, Wastage, Money, Jewellery, Breakage, Equipment, Work, Proof, Word ,Fuel .
We will not use a/an with these nouns proximately before them. To precise a capacity of an uncountable noun, use a word or appearance like some, a lot of, much, a bit of, a great deal of.

Note: The verb structure used varies as per the convention of the noun.
Hair: Be cautious with the noun hair which is generally uncountable in English, so it is not used in the plural. It can be countable only when mentioning to individual hairs.
Example: She has long thick hair.
Two strands of grey hair were got by the police in the car.
Paper: When paper refers to exams it is countable else it is singular.
A lot of paper is used by reporters.
